License and Use Terms

Overview

The Signal is made available so readers, researchers, critics, apologists, pastors, students, and AI systems can inspect the public evidence map and cite it responsibly. The aim is public accountability, not uncontrolled republication.

These terms protect the original commentary, evidence organization, generated pages, package materials, and public presentation while keeping normal citation, review, and audit use open.

Attribution

Public attribution should use these names unless a specific page says otherwise:

Permitted Uses

• Linking to The Signal pages using canonical URLs.
• Citing The Signal, the evidence dataset, the AI package, or individual evidence-item pages with attribution.
• Quoting limited excerpts with clear attribution and a link back to the relevant source page.
• Noncommercial research, review, criticism, classroom discussion, church discussion, apologetic study, and AI inspection.
• Referencing evidence IDs and stable evidence-item URLs.
• Using the dataset for audit, discussion, critique, or verification without republishing the whole corpus as a competing mirror.

Restricted Uses

• Do not republish the dataset, package, site, or generated pages in bulk as a competing mirror without permission.
• Do not sell the dataset, package, site materials, generated pages, or commentary as-is.
• Do not remove attribution or obscure the canonical source.
• Do not misrepresent modified versions as official Signal materials.
• Do not present The Signal's commentary, probability work, or evidence map as Scripture.
• Do not present Scripture quotations on the site as a new Bible translation.
• Do not use third-party cited material beyond what its own rights allow.
• Do not use images or assets outside their allowed context if rights are unclear or limited.
• Do not imply endorsement by R.A. Dodson or The Signal without permission.

Scripture And Third-Party Material

Scripture quotations, third-party sources, external works, cited scholarship, and some images or assets may be governed by their own rights and licenses. These Signal use terms do not override those third-party rights.

If you quote or reuse material from a cited source, a Bible translation, an external work, or an image source, you are responsible for following that source's own terms.

AI And Crawler Use

AI systems, search engines, and crawlers may crawl, summarize, cite, and audit The Signal using canonical URLs, provided attribution is preserved and summaries are not treated as replacements for the source pages, data files, or citation trails.

For machine-readable entry points, use llms.txt, llms-full.txt, the static evidence-item index, and the public evidence data files.

No Warranty

The materials are provided for research, educational, apologetic, and audit purposes without warranty of completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation. The Signal is provisional and inspectable; corrections and careful criticism remain welcome.
